SENIOR PASTOR GARY GRANT

Pastor Gary Grant is a native of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where he spent most of his childhood and teenage years.  He migrated to the United States in 1987.  God quietly had his hand on his life as he ran from his calling for many years.  In 1988 he married the love of his life Maureen and they have been married for 20 years and through that union they have two wonderful daughters Ashley 16, and Chelsea 11.

Gary attended New Birth Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Eddie Long for over 9 years. He worked in the Evangelism ministry and was the Assistant Director of Evangelism for some time.  It was during this time that God was preparing him for this great call. He was licensed by Bishop Eddie L. Long and the training he received at New Birth equipped him for today.  Gary also served in many different capacities for two and a half years under the leadership of Pastor John A. Simpson III at the Temple of Miracles Global Worship Center facilitating the Teacher’s Training program for the Christian Education Dept, Evangelism training for the Outreach Dept, Leadership Development and Cult Awareness classes.

God has anointed Pastor Gary Grant with a riveting message of the Kingdom, that brings hope to re-secure the recesses of the heart that will transcend God’s people to levels of possibilities, as they grasp hold of such  prophetic truths ,and insight .

With this agenda in his heart and the purposes of  God for his life, on September 7, 2008 God gave birth to New Life Family Christian Center.  This ministry was founded on Nehemiah 4:14: And I looked and arose and said to the nobles, to the leaders, and the rest of the people, do not be afraid of them: remember the Lord great and awesome and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes”.  God has placed a burden in His heart to fight for our families, our communities, and our children.

Gary preaches throughout the local community and across the nation. He is the recipient of the Joshua and Caleb award which he received a few years ago for ordinary people doing extra ordinary things.

Equipped with the word of God in his mouth and in his heart Gary answered to the mighty call that God has placed on his life and truly stands on the forefront of the battle field eagerly winning lost souls to the Kingdom.
